Imagine yourself far, far away. The fragrant glass of velvety red tickles your nose as you wander slowly along a garden path among the bromeliad and swaying olive trees. Colorful plants intrigue you. And the sweet scent of open fired delectables invites you back to the long, graceful tables brimming with food, wine, and laughter. One of the most beautiful Dinners in the Field awaits you at the Rare Plant Research and Villa Catalana Cellars and having Portland Cider Company join us is an added treat. Villa Catalana Cellars specializes in making Pinot Noir, Pinto Gris, Chardonnay, Grenache Rose’, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Temperanillo, Merlot, Petite Sirah, a red blend, and Cascade Berry fortified wine liquor.
Portland Cider Company was started in the fall of 2012 with the mission of bringing handcrafted cider in the English tradition to the Northwest using Northwest ingredients. Join chefs Pascal, Ian and Burl Mostul (the Rare Plant Research maestro) for a truly unique Dinner in the Field.
