Join Field & Vine at the most local of all the farms we visit this season. Fiala Farms has been owned and operated by four generations of Fiala’s. At this unique Dinner in the Field, you’ll dine in the midst of this century-old family farm’s bucolic landscape. You’ll enjoy the produce grown directly at the farm, including berries, tomatoes, eggplant, squash and more. Richard Fiala’s passion for growing exceptional, local produce is contagious, and he will surely wax effusive, especially over a glass of Erath wine and a spirits tasting with Double Circle Spirits.
There is a place in Oregon wine country where EARTH and HEART intersect. It is called ERATH. Entering their fifth decade of winemaking, Erath embraces its leadership role in producing Oregon wines. Erath wines are an expression of the land that the winery has cultivated for almost 50 years.
The Double Circle Spirits story started when the Johnson family homesteaded in 1875 at the Johnson Ranch in Wasco County, 17 miles southeast of The Dalles. Several generations later, Jason Johnson decided to pursue his life-long dream of distilling spirits from the wheat of the family ranch. They bottled and sold their first Columbia Plateau Vodka in 2015. The family ranch’s wheat and it’s subtle character is the overarching theme in all of their products.
We are excited to spoil you with the ultimate farm-to-table dinner experience with a 6-7 course family-style dinner in the beautiful gardens of Fiala Farms accompanied by one of Oregon’s most appreciated wineries, Erath Winery.
