Enjoy the stunning wines of Oregon over a seven-course, family-style dinner expertly prepared by Field & Vine chefs using ingredients sourced straight from the host and surrounding farms.

For dinners hosted in the early spring or winter, the event will be held in a tented area, barn, or covered area, rain or shine. Casual attire recommended.

This year we have increased our ticket prices as the impacts of the pandemic on the supply chain, as well as the drought, have resulted in dramatic prices increases on food, fuel and even the porta potties.

Fairsing Vineyard with Santos Family Farm & Briar Rose Creamery

The evening begins with a drive through the beautiful country-sides of Oregon, past charming farms and endless countryside views. Upon arriving at Fairsing Vineyard, nestled between Gaston and Yamhill, you’ll be greeted with a glass of wine and invited to stroll the grounds. The newly completed tasting room honors the owner’s Celtic heritage while incorporating sustainability and style. The building is board-formed concrete with a curved glulam beam ceiling. Overall the design is reminiscent of ancient structures found in the Irish countryside. Walk our remarkable labyrinth, sip the wine and enjoy the view. Then, you will be seated among friends and family alongside the farmers and winemakers. The farm-style community tables set the stage for 6-7 course feast featuring a locally crafted menu. Each menu is seasonally created to highlight the freshest ingredients that Oregon has to offer. From the dinner to wines, and everything in between, this event is the definition of farm to table.

Field & Vine is thrilled to host Chef Pascal Chureau with an expertly prepared six-seven course wine dinner, and we’re proud to be partnering with Santos Family Farm and Briar Rose Creamery at this local treasure. Santos Family Farm is located on 80 acres in the rolling hills of Yamhill, at the northern end of the Willamette Valley, growing vegetables, flowers, herbs and livestock and providing CSA shares in produce, chickens, and eggs. Briar Rose Creamery is a small, local, artisan cheesemaker that creates rich, delicate cheese by hand using only sweet, fresh goat milk. Bringing all these people together with such passion about what they do is sure to not only delight you but inspire you as well.

Price includes 6-7 course dinner, wine/beer, tax and gratuity.
Menus are subject to change based on seasonal availability of the best ingredients.

Refunds are not available
Purchased Tickets are dinner-specific, and can not be transferred to another dinner.
If you’d like to give your seats to friends, please send us an email with their names.

Dinner will be held rain or shine. Please bring or wear the appropriate attire.
We offer a vegetarian option for the main course only. (please check the vegetarian option box at checkout).
