Douglas Farm has been operating on Sauvies Island since the early 1940’s. Touted by locals as one of the best places to pick peaches. Douglas Farm offers an abundance of fresh fruits such as a 50+ year old apple orchard and heirloom prune orchard. They also sustainably grow high quality vegetables as well.
The 6-7 course menu of farm fresh ingredients will be paired with the memorable wines from Owen Roe, who proudly makes wines from superior Northwest sites where the fruit ripens slowly and fully, resulting in excellent acidity and balance that makes them so food friendly. Our meal will also be joined by Pitch Dark Chocolate for tastings and to be featured in the menu. They are modern American chocolatiers that marry old-world craft and new technology to create a rival decadent taste. Grab a seat at this truly inspired dinner in the fields.
