Here at Field & Vine Events, we are known for our farm-to-table family-style dining. We are excited to team up with Fiala Farms and enjoy an incredible dinner at their property.
About Fiala Farms:
Join us at the most local of all the farms we visit this season. Fiala Farms has been owned and operated by four generations of Fiala’s. At this unique Dinner in the Field, you’ll dine in the midst of this century-old family farm’s bucolic landscape. You’ll enjoy the produce grown directly at the farm, including berries, tomatoes, eggplant, squash and more. Richard Fiala’s passion for growing exceptional, local produce is contagious, and he will surely wax effusive, especially over a glass of wine.
About Knudsen Vineyards:
Their goal is to produce exceptional quality, distinctive Pinot noir and Chardonnay wines. The formula is straight-forward. They care for their land and vines by practicing sustainable viticulture. They cultivate to optimize fruit quality through diversity in vine age, clonal breadth, exposure and elevation. Their grapes possess a richness of flavor and complexity unique to their vines, Jory soil and location. Their winemaking process is designed to capture this singularity and present elegant wines expressive of this terroir.
About Double Circle Spirits:
The Double Circle Spirits story started when the Johnson family homesteaded in 1875 at the Johnson Ranch in Wasco County, 17 miles southeast of The Dalles. Several generations later, Jason Johnson decided to pursue his life-long dream of distilling spirits from the wheat of the family ranch. They bottled and sold their first Columbia Plateau Vodka in 2015. The family ranch’s wheat and its subtle character is the overarching theme in all their products.
Join us for a 7-course family-style dinner alongside friends, family and neighbors at this incredible location and with even better wine.
