Oh, the rustic-romantic hills of Christopher Bridge Wines cannot be missed. With delicious wine in hand, stroll through the vineyard guided by winemaker Chris Carlberg who will share tales from the vine and root. Slowly make your way back to long community tables, with candles and wine glasses shimmering in the late evening sun.  Christopher Bridge is owned and managed by the Carlberg family since 2001.

Briar Rose Creamery is a small team of cheesemakers, crafting award-winning cheeses in Dundee, Oregon. Everything is made by hand, from start to finish. They love making great cheese and we are excited to share them with you in our 6-7 course meal at this magical location.
